REQUIREMENTS FOR ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION
In order to ensure a certain level/experience among the photographers in our association, we set a few requirements for membership. See here if you can become a member of the Association for Danish Birth Photographers:
You must have documented experience as a birth photographer OR newborn photographer.
You must have a CVR no. as well as a website or other profile that documents your experience/shows your photos.
You must be resident and working in Denmark.

WHAT YOU GET FROM BEING AN ACTIVE MEMBER:
Access to a badge that you can use both on your website and in your e-mail footer, and which shows that you are a member of the association.
Permission to embed our birth photography video on your website.
Registration of your name on our list of Danish birth photographers, which is divided into regions and is in alphabetical order. The list appears both on our website and on our Facebook page.
Possibility to share your work on the association’s Facebook page as inspiration for customers (but not sales posts or advertising!).
Access our closed members-only Facebook group for chat, support and to find a backup photographer.
Benefit from the marketing activities that the association arranges to increase awareness of our genre.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME AN ACTIVE MEMBER?
As an active member, you pay an annual fee of DKK 500, which is paid either at the beginning of January for the year in question or right when you become a member.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PASSIVE MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION
In order to ensure a certain level/experience among our photographers who are passive members of our association, we set the following requirements for passive membership. See here if you can become a passive member of the Association for Danish Birth Photographers:
You must have a website or other profile documenting your experience/showing your photos in at least one of the following genres: Births, newborn and/or angel baby photography.
You must be resident and working in Denmark.

Access our closed members-only Facebook group for chat, support or to find a backup photographer.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A PASSIVE MEMBER?
As a passive member, you pay an annual fee of DKK 100, which is paid either at the beginning of January for the year in question or right when you become a member.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Simply send an e-mail to størvelle@danskefoedselsfotografer.dk where you tell a little about yourself. We will then contact you with more information, i.a. regarding payment of dues.
AS SOON AS YOU HAVE BECOME AN ACTIVE MEMBER
Directly after your payment of the quota, the following happens:
You will receive via email the association’s set of rules for the use of the association’s marketing materials such as badges, films etc., which you are asked to look through carefully.
You receive your badge.
You are allowed to embed our film about birth photography on your website, and you can use it in your own marketing in the future, as long as you are a member of the association.
You will be immediately registered with your name and website address on both our website under “Your birth photographer in the vicinity” and on the association’s Facebook page in the first post.
You will have the opportunity to share your work in the form of an image upload/gallery on the association’s Facebook page – as inspiration for customers and other photographers (no sales postings or advertising is allowed).

You get access to our closed Facebook group for members.
